March is when Spring starts Springing! Renewal, refreshment, and reorganization are the themes for March 2025 and Soul Therapy 1111 is harnessing this energy with our Group Spell offerings on Facebook.
🚨 HEADS UP: Venus and Mercury in Retrograde!! 🚨
As we enter March, two important planets for relationships will be turning back into retrograde, creating a powerful energetic environment for manifesting and spellwork.
Venus will be in retrograde from 1 March until 12 April and will move from the fiery sign of Aries into intuitive Pisces on the 28th of March. Venus in Retrograde creates an energy of reflection and retrospection in relationships and while it can cause delays for “business as usual” in relationships, it can also create inspiration to make changes in relationship patterns or rekindle relationships from the past. This can also affect other Venusian areas of life such as creative pursuits, pleasure, hobbies, and finances, but particularly affects love, relationships, and romance.
Mercury will be back in retrograde on 15 March until 7 April in Aries and Pisces, as well. As always, take extra caution with contracts, big purchases, travel plans, and keep an eye for tech problems. And notably, Wishy Washys will often reach out during Mercury Retrograde due to Mercury being the planet of communication. While communication may come, we at Soul Therapy 1111 always advise not to be lured in by a temporary energy and make sure Wishy Washy is here to stay before investing time and energy into an ex.

🍀St. Patrick’s Day History 🍀
The 17th of March is celebrated as St. Patrick’s Day by Ireland and abroad, but where did this holiday come from and what has it come to mean in modern times?
St. Patrick is a Catholic Saint who is said to have spread Christianity in Ireland, using a Shamrock, or three-leaf clover, to explain the Holy Trinity. Legend has it he drove an infestation of snakes out of Ireland and into the sea, but this is likely just a legend.
Modern St. Paddy’s day celebration involves invoking good luck by wearing green, drinking a pint, and searching for a 4-leaf clover. The four-leaf clover is a Celtic charm are thought to protect against evil spirits and bad luck. The four leaves of the clover represent faith, hope, luck, and love.
While this has historically been a holiday for the Irish and a Saint Day for the Catholics, it’s become a worldwide celebration for fun, luck, and looking towards the renewal of Springtime.

Aries are Cardinal Fire signs, and the first sign of the Zodiac wheel, earning the nickname “Baby of the Zodiac.” Symbolized by the Ram, Aries loves exciting new energy and can be action-oriented, energetic, passionate, charming, and inspiring. Aries can also be impulsive, competitive, and impatient. Depending on which planets in your entire zodiac chart are in Aries, this energy may infuse into different areas of your life and personality. 🕯️“Change My Luck” Release Letter 🕯️
Release Letters are wonderful rituals to do on the Full Moon or whenever you feel called to purge and release. The idea of the ritual is that by writing down what you’d like to release or change, and then setting fire to the written letter or petition, you can release what was written to The Universe, Spirit, or a Higher Power. After the paper is burned, you no longer have to worry about what you wrote down, because it is being handled on your behalf:
Take a piece of paper and write a list of areas or life or specific items that you have felt stuck or stagnant in, where a change of luck or an infusion of new energy would serve. If you have been been encountering many financial obstacles, you can write “Financial Hardships” or “Money Blocks”. If you have been nursing a heartbreak, you can write the person’s name down or “Energetic ties that no longer serve my highest good.” Write as many or few as you would like and remember that being specific helps your desire for change be heard and honored.
You can read the list or letter aloud and place the paper in a fireproof vessel such as a metal tin, pot, pan, or rubbish bin with high sides for fire safety. Before lighting the paper ablaze, recite the following incantation:
Universe, don’t keep me stuck!
Release these things and bring good luck.
Never leave any candle or lit paper unsupervised until it has stopped burning. Do not blow out the burning paper, wait for the blaze to die naturally or extinguish by snuffing. Fire safety is extremely important in all spellwork involving open flame.

Even with the reflective energy of multiple planets in retrograde, there is excitement in looking backward & turning inward, celebrating how far we have come, and making change for the better as we keep moving forward.
